The Dhaulagiri Circuit trek is a steep, high-altitude camping trek this trek is one of the less visited areas of the Annapurna Himalayas. reach the Chonbardan Glacier at the foot of Dhaulagiri through the Myagdi River. The landscape changes from tended fields to barren, often snow-capped cliffs, with views of Dhaulagiri and other Himalayan monsters. As you reach the top, mainly the Magar villages are getting thinner, while the last few days are spent hiking uninhabited area.
After Dhaulagiri Base Camp, trek along the French Pass 5,360m along the glacier and into the Hidden Valley. At this point, experienced climbers will have the opportunity to climb Dhampus Peak 6,060m. Continue on to Dhampus Pass, and reach Marpha village near Jomsom, the entrance of Mustang. The descent to Marpha is very steep, as you climb down over 2000 meters in two days.
