Tsum Valley is situated in the North of Manaslu, in Gorkha District. It was longer forbidden before the Tsum Valley was opened for visitors in 2008. It is sometimes combined with Manaslu Circuit Trek. It is located in trans-Himalayan region from Gorkha district. This area is ‘Hidden Valley’ and this is a sacred destination for Himalayan pilgrims, due to its isolation and inaccessibility. It is surrounded by the Baudha Himal and Himalchuli to the west, Ganesh Himal to the south and dominated to the north by Shringi Himal. The valley is linked to Tibet by various mountain passes, including the Ngula Dhojyang (5093m) to the east and the Yamro (5326m) to the northern part of Nepal,

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu - International Airport, - 20 minutes drive, 1350m

We pick up you in Kathmandu international airport and to Hotel, 20 minutes drive. O/N hotel with BB

Day 02: Kathmandu - Half day Visit Kathmandu Valley, - visit Kathmandu valley, 1350m

Day 03: Kathmandu to Barpak - 8/9hrs drive, 1700m,

Drive Kathmandu to Barpak, 1900, 8/10h, 175km, rather morning departure by bus to Barpak, lunch in a small local restaurant on the road, The landscape changes frequently. The shores of wooded slopes gradually turn into cliffs, Barpak is a big mix Gurung and Ghale village dominated by Baudha himal Mountain range, there is an different 12 month cultivated by local people, you can see or explore terraced, but now changing after earthquake, Night in lodge

Day 04: Trek Barpak to Laprak - Pushu pass (2900m) 6/7hrs walk, 2200m

Trek Barpak to Laprak 2200m 5/6h walk +900m. – 600m, We climb Mamche hill to the new laprak settlement of Gupsi pakha and after that, we descend to the old village of laprak, We will complete the hike of the day arriving at the village of Laprak, during the walk we can appearance tree of rhododendron in October November, if in March April May we can see blooming flowers of rhododendron in every forest of corners, and scenic of mountains range and thickness big village of houses of Laprak, and there is only living Gurung ethnic, Night in lodge

Day 05: Trek Laprak to Khurla Benshi, - 7/8hrs walk, 1090m

Trek Laprak to Khurla besi 1090m, 5/6h walk with elevation gain +350m. –1200m. We descend to chyarbu river to singla village, cross the bridge and climb straight to singla village, and descend to Khurla village, where we have to have lunch and descend to Khurla besi by stone stairs and cross the bridge near Khurla besi arrive, and here we join the Manaslu trail, night in lodge,

Day 06: Khorla Benshi to Jagat, - 6/7hrs walk, 1350m.

Trek Khurlabesi to Jagat 1300m 5/6h walk, +300m. – 00m), We start trek Kurlabesi to Tatopani a hot spring where you will see an extraordinary geyser coming out of the ground natural. and continue to dovan edge of the Budi gandaki river and We will complete the day's hike arriving at the village of Jagat, after crossing 4 suspension bridges. night in lodge,

Day 07: Trek Jagat to Lokpa, - 5/6hrs walk, 2240m,

Trek Jagat to Lokpa through Philim, 5-6h walk, 2240m +900m. – 00m, We gradually climb in altitude in the forests of rhododendrons and pine. we will leave the way Manaslu to left, we take the valley trail to right and climb Arrival at Lokpa, night in lodge,

Day 08: Lokpa to Remjam, - 5/6hrs walk, 2360m,

Trek Lokpa -Chumling to Remjam 5-6h walk, 2360m +150m. – 00m. Departure for the village of Renjam, easy path but Some small paths are rough and stony down and up through the pond. The most important village in the valley, located on a vast grassy plateau. Arrival Remjan, night in lodge,

Day 09: Renjam to Lamagaun, - 6/7hrs walk, 3010m,

Trek Renjam-Domjen to Lamagaun: 6-7h walk, (Elevation (3010m) +1460m. – 00m.) trek from Chumling - renjam to Lamagaun the path is easy but walk in the valley on the left Crossing the suspension bridge on the bank opposite of the river, we have the chance to enjoy the view of Ganesh Himal. After the short walk from Rainjam to Serpu Khola and crossing another bridge, we arrive at the village of Gho. If we continue to climb Tsum for two hours, we can reach Chhokangpar village. If the weather is in our favor, we can enjoy the view of Himalchuli at 7893m and Ganesh Himal at 7140m. After enjoying such an attractive view, we will walk through Chokhangpar. We have to pay attention to the altitude problem when climbing above Chhokhangpar. check there no police, and continue to Lamagaun, night in lodge,

Day 10: Lamagaun to Nyile, - 2/3hrs walk, 3360m,

Trek Lamagaun to Nyile, 3 hours walk (3360m) (Elevations +310m – 00m) Trek Lamagaon to the Nyile crossing the rope suspension bridge to Rachen Gompa, also known as Nunnery Gompa. We will visit for a short time and then cross the Shiar Khola. We continue walking through the well run village of Lar (micro hydro), Phurbe and Pangdun. Leaving the ancient historical Stupa of Bhuddha in a path through the village of Chhule, climb upstream and crossing the bridge, we finally arrive at the Nyile. If we want, we can visit Chhuto, a famous monastery of Chhule which is on the top. night in lodge,

Day 11: Nyile to Mu gompa-Nyile - 5/6hrs walk, 3850m, 3360m,

Hike from Nyile to Mu Gompa-Nyile, 5/6hrs walk (Elevations +400m. – 450m, We are now almost close to the Tibetan border. Walk towards the west bank of the valley through the Tibetan landscapes. Ascent to Mu Gompa. We also visit the monastery. Then after, we visit the Dhephu Doma Gompa. If the weather is better, and back to Nyile night in lodge,

Day 12: Nile to Chumling - 5/6hrs walk, 2650m,

trek Nile to Chumling, We return on the same path to continue to reach Lokpa. After lunch, we advance on the flat path to the south. enjoying the magnificent waterfalls and we finally arrive at Chumlig after 5 to 6 hours of walking. A path crosses the Laudung river which leads to the base camp of Ganesh Himal. We continue to Chumling, night in lodge,

Day 13: Chumling-Deng, - 6/7hrs walk, 1860m

From Chumling to Deng, through Lokpa and We continue 500 hundred meters down and join the trail at Manaslu and our hike on a trail until we turn right to cross the Budi Gandaki and find a Nyak Bhedi teahouse.The Tsum valley is seen for the last time from this point of view.Then to reach Bewa, we cross a tight valley with many climbs and cross the forest bank and climb again to reach Deng overnight in lodge,

Day 14: Deng- Namrung, - 6hrs walk, 2630m,

Trek to Namrung, there is a check point to reentry the permits of Manaslu region, from Deng ascend the winding trails have to walk across the bamboo and slope valley to cross the budi gandaki. further a suspension bridge to climb to Rana and Bihi Phedi. On the trail sometime can see White Faced monkeys visiting villages on the lookout for a free feed. The trail proceeds to Ghap through several landslide zones. At this point must be careful on walking time. and must be attentive to your guide’s instruction to maintain physical safety. cross the bridge towards Namrung inside sup-pine and rhododendron forest, After the landscape will reach Namrung.

Day 15: Namrung-Lho Gaon, - 6hrs walk, 3280m,

Witnessing of Nubri people, you start the day Exploring Tibet-influenced typical lifestyle, walk past several mani walls, lush terraces and houses through Banjam to enter the slop rhododendron and oak forest before climbing to Lihi and Sho.
progressively continue you will see most of the locals clad in traditional Tibetan dress. As further you will notice some fine paintings in the Kani (gate arches) that you pass before Sho. Walking across the rocky hillside routes you can catch the stunning views of Manaslu (8163m) and Manaslu North (7157m). On this day, you will gain a quite high altitude, so you must walk slowly, O/N Guest house

Day 16: Lho-Samagaun, - 4/5hrs walk, 3620m,

this day start with a short trek because of the altitude reasons. on walking the picturesque view of Manaslu accompanies you. walk across the easy trail to Shyala on passing through pine and rhododendron gully with moss and clear stream. From Shyala walk for almost an hour to reach Sama Gaun.
enter the village, mountain views fade, however, the yak pastures and typical settlements will attract you. Sama Gaun is the principal village of the Nubri people which holds a large gompa, many shops, a health post, heliport and telephone/wifi access, O/N Guest house

Day 17: Samagaun to Samdo, - 4hrs walk, 3875m,

Trek through Birendra lake and cross lake towards Samdo, this day reach to the new walk destination to Samdo in high altitude, you need to walk slowly so this is a short day trek. You will notice extended yak pastures up a broad valley with long mani walls, with a variety of birds. and leave the tree line and climb to a ridge across the wooden bridge of Budi Gandaki before you reach Samdo, a very picturesque village dedicated to yak herding. at Samdo, you can explore Samdo villages or you can hike to Samdo Peak You can also see the main track for Tibet over the Larjyang La forming slopes on the Larkya La trail. Day 18: Rest Samdo - Acclimatization Day, - 3hrs hiking to 500m,

Rest at Samdo where you will go for a day trip to the 500m hiking to the ridge of north south part Samdo Glacier huge serac near the top of the glacier and also frame Blue Sheep and Marmots in season. but have to picnic,

Day 19: Samdo to Dharamshala, - 4hrs and 30 minutes walk, 4400m,

This day is also adventurous day for high altitude. So, you must walk and watch your body signs properly. but can Enjoying the scenic views of the chain of Himalayas and walk slowly across the rugged terrains of Manaslu region before you reach Dharmasala. O/N guest house

Day 20: Dharamsala to Bimthang, - 7/9hrs walk. 5415M to 3590m,

This is a special day to do strugle walk to the highest point of this trip. Larkya La (Pass) 5106m. In bad weather and snow the walk could be quite challenging and trouble for cross the pass. have to walk slow in same rythem and cross before afternoon so you need to wake up and leave quite early morning. if you walk steadily you can successfully.
Today stunning views will witness once stand at the pass makes the trip more enlightened. You catch views of Himlung 7126m near Kang Guru 6981m and Annapurna Range. and after pass descend for around 4 hours walk towards Bhimtang, and on descending will get views of huge icefalls and mountains in all directions, and Pongkar Lake between Pongkar and Salpu Glaciers. Day 21: Bhimthang to Tilje Village, - 5/6hrs walk, 2300m,

This is final day will be walking on the trails of Manaslu region. On climbing downhill, you will walk through the lush forests flora and fauna including rhododendron bushes.
Walk back across the Dudh Khola to Karche for lunch. In the next hour will see many signs of glacial flood with tree trunks smashed and banks undermined, the track becoming quite rough. And the trail drops to ethinc Gurung village.
The valley becomes more agricultural and lush as you passes fields and copses of oak and rhododendron, will continue stroll towards Tilje Village, O/N Guest house

Day 22: Tilje to Kathmandu, - 1 hrs walk, 7/8hrs drive, 1350m,

Trek Tilje to Dharapani 1 hour walk and will take a jeep from Dharapani to kathmandu. back to Kathmandu. drive to Besisahar edge of Marshyangdi river and join in mugling prithvi high way towards Kathmandu, O/N Same hotel with BB

Day 23: Rest Kathmandu - Free Day

visit on street of Thamel area for some souvenir and back to same hotel,
